This is a 2 pack. You would think they would be the same. Wrong! One works great & made correctly; the other have to hold the whole roll of toilet paper and turn as you softly pull what you need. There is a plastic piece inside that keeps it from spinning. It can’t be removed and the toilet paper rubs on it keeping it from turning easily. If you try to unroll without doing this, you get one square.
