- Question 1： "First, the paper is not dispensing evenly and is coming out all bunched up and creased. I have to pull it out to straighten the paper out."
- Answer - Probably you did not use the correct rolling paper posts, our product is equipped wih 2 lengths rolling paper posts,Easy Disassemble And Replace.Conpatible With various Tissue Widths.I once also tried,if the paper did not match the rolling paper post,the Paper will curl.So please choose the proper length of rolling paper post to fix the paper roll.Otherwise,if the paper roll is shaken from side to side, one side of the paper will curl.(Refer to Image 1)
- Question 2：“Second, the paper is not being cut at all.”
- Answer - Our design is that: There is no paper cutter. It is to bite the paper towel to make it easier to tear. It is to clamp and cut. It is not to cut.
- Question 3："Third, it is making a bad gear grinding noise and only a few sheets of paper are being dispensed, not the correct length.I have tried many times re-threading the paper into the dispenser and it still bunches up."
- Answer - The problem of loud noise is that this product has more than a dozen gears working inside. Noise is unavoidable.People are different.Just like some people like rock music and some don’t, everyone just has a different degree of acceptance of a thing. There is no right or wrong, good or bad!Regarding to paper length, our machine has adjustable length of paper output in three levels.The length of the paper output can be freely adjusted to avoid waste and reuse.(Refer to Image 2)
- Question 4: "Looking at the rollers, they are hard plastic and there is no type of pinch roller for the paper which makes uneven contact and forces the paper to wander to the side and bunch up."
- Same answer with the question 1,choose the proper length of rolling paper post to fix the paper roll.Then the paper did not wander to the side.I tried myself.(Refer to Image 3)
- Question 5: "Both posts are too narrow for my rolls so the rolls don't fit straight. The paper is probably too wide."
- Answer - Both posts are same length? Or they are narrow for the papers you bought? The product itself did not have problems.You can buy the proper size papers from your local shop as we suggested on the detail page(Refer to Image 4).
- Besides, I want to say,you are really good at hands-on work.Awesome! But maybe just need to find and buy the proper size paper.

The built-in night light is a thoughtful addition that I didn’t know I needed until I experienced it.
