My kid used to plug up the toilet with far too much toilet paper. I can officially say I have not had a clogged up toilet with a mountain of toilet paper in about 3 weeks. Give this item A+. Also yes it's for the larger commercial rolls. But what you can do is the spring o rings on either side can be bent and work with the standard residential toilet paper.
