I’ve tried different brands of the recommended sizes of towels and they all like to sure coming out. More frustrating than what it’s worth. I bought 3 of these and they all have the same issue.

the black (it's fairly matte in sheen) seems to hide the dread stainless steel fingerprintsit has a practical capacity, I mean wouldn't even thing about itmounts with 4 keyholes (comes with screws, drywall anchors)it's raw stainless on the inside with a little overspray from the black, but nobody really sees thatI suppose my one wish would be a stop so the front, when opened (it flips down) didn't kiss the wall.

This is a great and simple paper towel dispenser, like what you’d find in a public restroom or a shop. The opening is 8 3/4” wide and will accommodate pretty much any kind of folded paper towel. The paper towels that I’m currently using are about 8 3/8” wide and it works just fine. It comes with hardware to mount it on the wall. I used a magnetic sheet that’s sticky on one side and stuck it to the back of the dispenser. I just have the dispenser on my garage fridge. Works great.

I got this for my bathroom, so when guests come over they don't need to dry their hands on hand towels. My bathroom has black accents (faucets, door knob, etc) so it fits the design theme perfectly. It's also nice to have paper towel dispensers scattered around the house in the event I need to clean up a random spill in a hurry.It's black painted stainless steel, which is not only good—it's mandatory. Anything that comes into contact with moisture needs to be made of stainless steel or plastic so it doesn't rust. I tried sticking some magnets on it, and they don't stick so it's likely actually stainless steel (hey, you never know).The keys are a nice addition, although they aren't needed for my purpose. However, if you're planning to use this in a commercial setting, it may prevent losses. So good to have.Overall, it's perfect!

Paper towels are a staple in my shop, from wiping down projects before wet sanding to wiping up spills. This dispenser will be a convenience that replaces rolls of paper. I like the matte black look for my shop rather than the brush steel look but that's purely a matter of choice.The dispenser is the right size (4"D x 11W" x 10"H) for your standard bi-fold or tri-fold towels. The slot underneath is wide enough (8 3/4"W x 7/8"D with a 2" finger hole) to allow easy pulling of the next paper towel. (Some dispensers have too narrow a slit and aren't wide enough to retrieve the towel so they constantly tear off.) A one page directions sheet is included but really not necessary. The mounting hardware is included, 4 screws with accompanying anchors. For some reason I also got a second set of hardware but of only 2 screws. Finally, two keys are provided which will remain in the lock so they aren't lost...I mounted mine on the side of my paint cabinet for easy access. Depending on your paper towel source and their bundle size, you should be able to get 2 packs loaded, as I was. The dispenser also has a open slot in the front to see how close to empty it is.I think this unit is fairly priced in comparison to its competitors, although some can be much more expensive.
