I was looking for a a-foot paper towel dispenser for my shop so I could grab paper towels single-handed. I thought I wanted one of the metal industrial-style ones, but they were bigger than I needed and I realized that for whatever reason, they are also made so you can’t put anything on top of them -the tops slope down.I didn’t really consider this one at first because it seemed kind of silly with its bow tie & tux look, and not appropriate for a shop. But it was the right size and had a flat (actually scooped-out tray) top that I could use as a shelf, so I got it with some misgivings.To my surprise, it’s really grown on me and now brings a little playful fun to my day. And it serves as a handy extra shelf!

Easy assembly. Lift wooden lid to fill/refill. Attractive design. Institutional paper towels fit in this fine. Generous capacity, so you won't have to refill often.

I like this a lot. It will hold tri-fold towels perfect. Looks well built, very sturdy, good value for a towel holder. Very nice. 5 of 5.

I installed this on the wall in one of my bathrooms. It dispenses Tork paper towels perfectly from the bottom. The lid fits on securely, but once it's installed flush with the wall it's a little hard to get the lid all the way on neatly. I am a little bit concerned that it will begin to pull from the wall, even with the anchors, just from putting the lid on.It looks great though, and doubles as a small shelf to hold an oil diffuser.If not mounted, you're supposed to leave the lid off and access towels from the top. It's perfectly functional on the counter also, but won't dispense towels like a tissue dispenser. You just grab a couple when you need them.I have a commercial style dispenser in my laundry room, but wanted something that looked better in my bathroom. This is functional and looks fantastic in my bathroom. I'm happy with it.

This towel dispenser falls short in several areas. Despite its attractive design, the dispenser lid often doesn’t fit properly, leading to frequent jams. Additionally, the bamboo material, while eco-friendly, is not as durable as expected and shows signs of wear quickly.It boasts mounting and counter use; however, placing the dispenser on the counter is not feasible. When removing the towels the lid comes off. Additionally, it moves because the lid is not heavy enough to sustain the weight of the dispenser.Overall, this product does not meet the standards for reliable home or commercial use.I do not recommend this product.
