The product had a small plastic piece that failed a month after installing it. We didn’t discover it until we noticed our hardwoods were bowing up from moisture damage. The product failure caused water to leak for a whole month; damaging our floors.

Part fits and works perfectly, would recommend replacing the compression fitting so it seals tighter. Had it together using old fitting just to find out it leaks. Once fitting got replaced we have ice again. No instructions on installing but after removing old just reversed process
