Great even cooking temperature, but the Non-stick surface has begun to wear away after 2 uses. I use tin foil because of the evenness of heat and fits great in my toaster oven.

Bought this to cook our Thanksgiving turkey and it worked perfectly. 22 lb bird fit nicely inside. Cleans up easily too.

La uso para asar pollo, a unos 180ºC. Lavada a mano con detergente suave y estropajo para utensilios delicados. El antiadherente se ha perdido al segundo uso y la bandeja tiene un aspecto lamentable. No ha durado ni 2 meses y ya no puedo devolverla. No lo recomiendo

When I first got it I thought I would be happy! Needed a smaller size for roasting Cornish game hens that would fit in my Ninja Oven. It was great the first couple of use. But then the surface started to flake off and it is actually rusting on the surface of the pan. It is getting impossible to get it clean now as things stick to it. I always wash by hand, never use anything that scratches to wash it, and have never cut the food in the pan. Very disappointing. If you are looking for a pan and rack that are medium grade quality to save money stay away from this set! Would not recommend.

This pan is solid and I'm glad I bought it. There are handles for the pan itself which are high enough to pick the entire pan and turkey up without interference from the turkey. The same goes for the rack which hangs from the top. The non-stick surface makes clean up a breeze.

I have multiple roasting pans but all are difficult to get out of my lower oven. I bought this because of the handles and it did just what I wanted. It was so much easier to get out of the oven, held my 21 lb. turkey easily and was a breeze to clean up. The old pans will be going to one of the donation sites. This is all I will ever need. Five stars!

Pan is solid, doesn't warp when heated. The small size and strong rack makes broiling meat and/or vegetables quick. Clean-up is easy and fast. Great product!
