There is no way to open the vehicle end connector without using force.spend the extra dollar and buy a good one from a reputable company.

Welp was hoping to find a go around with trailering & camera options with out actually attaching the trailer. Sad to say didn't work. Plug fits great, nice and sturdy.

Fits great the does the 7 wire and I have a winch and wired in also and it all fits and works perfectly

I really like these trailer connections. They are very well made and included very thorough instructions. I bought these because of the cable grips / glands. I used a 7 wire cable but still had to use a small 2" section of rubber hose to get the grips to seal tightly around the cable. I will definitely be buying more of these.

Very nice, you'll need to add the wiring but the plug is of good quality materials, I would expect it to do just fine.
