I'm working on an LED cube on the weekends and so far these work great. I haven't tested every single LED, but I also haven't encountered any faulty ones yet. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, very affordable and reliable LEDs.The delivery arrived sooner than expected and in excellent condition.

When I originally tried these LED's I was not very impressed with their performance. My knowledge of LED's is quite limited so I treated them as if they were regular light bulbs hooking up 6 in series to a car battery and expecting amazing results. Well that was not to be. I have since educated myself and learnt the importance of resistors. These SMD's give a super bright light once the correct resistor has been found and the colour is perfect. I will be making some custom turn signals for my motorcycle and am positive these will work well.

These LED's are robust and tolerant of mistake. Their size also makes them easier to work with. If you are soldering them to copper, tin the copper first. Then lay them down and place the soldering iron close but not touching the plastic. They will sink right down and you will have a solid connection to all three leads. Then do the same on the other side. It's better to work with an iron that is a little hot, since the job goes quicker and the total thermal insult is minimized.

I built several light panels with the White and Orange LEDs. I cannot attest to the rest of the colors. Of course I built all white board first using the polarity mark chart. I tested it with an resistor and LED and everything worked according to the chart. However, stupidly I didn't polarity of the orange until AFTER I built a complete light panel. The polarity is REVERSED. They have the proper charts on AliExpress.I think if you are going to sell these on Amazon please include the proper documentation.Besides that these are excellent for light panels. They are nice and bright and I was able to hand solder for testing to my PCB. I will be buying large quantities in the future.

I ordered up some of these to use in a home made exterior lighting project. Only eight of the LEDs so far have seen any time outside due to my own stupidity when designing the circuits. They have however been subjected to multiple times of being removed and then soldered back in place, cleaned multiple times with acetone, alcohol, and normal spray can electronics cleaner to try to get the solder flux out... finally an inexpensive ultrasonic cleaner cleaned them well enough to get things right. I guess I could also add this was the first project for my rework station so they for sure saw a little excessive heat while I learned how to use it effectively. Only one of the 60 LEDs used so far died. I have a feeling they won't give me any trouble outside other than possible corrosion. I'll be getting more eventually...

The LEDs were delivered quickly, in good shape and exactly as advertised. I have now used about 10 in my project. All of them work as expected. They are bright enough for making my work area (see image where I have mounted 5 of them around the sewing machine). They run cool at 3.2 volts (which is what they are rated for). At higher voltage they produce more heat and light. The image is was with 3.1 volts to the LEDs.It was clear to me, but not others, these are individual surface mount LED packages and not prewired strips. They need to be soldered into a circuit before use.I also purchased the Cool and Warm versions of these LEDS. These ones appeared white until I compared them with the other two. These have a very slight greenish tint (and I mean VERY SLIGHT) when compared to the COOL LEDs. The Cool LEDs have a slight bluish tint, and the warm LEDs have a Incandescent yellow tint (pretty strong). The picture uses only the "White" LEDs, for another machine I am using all three colors to give more light variation.The product is exactly what I thought I was buying. It performs better than I expected. And the price was good.
