Very sturdy, easy to clean pan. Followed the directions and am pretty impressed with how the steak turned out. Usually prefer grilling, sous vide, or a plain old cast iron skillet, but this will be a new option in the playbook!

Love the color and durability of the pan. It appeared a little small but I was surprised by how much meat could fit on the wire rack. This rack was easy to clean up as well as the tray which was a big win for me. I recommend this product!

This is a nice medium- sized pan. Perfect to use in the oven, or the toaster oven.I love the color & how easy to clean it is. Pop it in the dishwasher or quickly wash by hand with its non-stick qualities. It is also a nice weight. Not a flimsy pan.

This reverse sear pan is the perfect size to pop a couple of steaks in the oven for my husband and I. Juices fall through to leave a great sear on the steaks. It is also durable quality and cleans easily.

A bit on the small side, but depending on your uses that could be a plus. Has a good weight to it and is quite sturdy.Nonstick performs as advertised, clean up seems to be easy so far.

This is a decent small roasting pan. I needed something small that fit in my counter top convection oven, and this is perfect for that. I like that it is heavy duty and the rack is heavy as well. I would have preferred that it not be coated as I really don't like nonstick coating. Nonstick coatings are really not good for your health, especially when they chip easily. When I pulled it out the coating was already scratched/chipped where the rack was sitting on it. There was protective foam on the bottom legs of the rack to prevent this, but they had come off and scratched the pan. If the pan was not coated, I would have given it five stars.
