The bag is large, durable rugged and easy on the skin. It also is a very tall bag.

With all standing punching bags they are going to slide a bit. This one is better than others. The bag itself attaches to the stand via hook and loop straps. So you won't be constantly reattaching the bag.It says it weighs 250Lb when assembled. I got around 270 lbs of sand in it and topped it off with around 8 gallons of water. So it should be weighing in around 330lb.I have not managed to tip it over so far. The higher you hit it the more it jumps and is prone to sliding. Its not bad at all at that weight though.Between this and the Fight Camp bag you will be saving some decent cash.Being one of the best standing bags they price it accordingly. This thing should not cost north of $400 IMO. It does because its way better than almost every other standing bag. If you have the money I would def spring for this one.To fill it. Get the driest sand you can get 250-300LB. Get the largest red funnel from an auto parts store.Tape the funnel to the base. Find something to put the sand on while you fill slightly higher than the funnel taped to the base. Cut the end of the sand bag and allow it to slowly fill. If you pour it fast and it clogs you are adding alot of extra time unclogging. Once you have the sand in you can add water slowly to add extra weight as it fills area between the sand. The manufacture does not recommend this. For a standing bag I would def recommend this one. I've only had it a few weeks and so far it has held up with me doing about 5 workouts a week on it. I've kickboxed before and would say I hit it pretty heavy. I will update later if anything breaks or wears out.

The bag itself is fine and very beautiful in person. No concerns there. I'm 6'4" and this was way too short even if I was 6'1". Buyer Beware: Returning this back is expensive because you have to pay for it. This Bag/Base is 25lbs and the cheapest return was $195.00. So visit a sporting good first and test it there. Century is located in OKC and will drive up there and return in person from TX.

Outstanding product. This bag is tall, durable, and up for anything you have to throw at it.It is heavy so make sure that you are prepared for that. I usually roll it to move it. My daughter kicks, punches, and sidekicks the bag without fail. A bit pricey but it not some cheap flimsy knock off. This is the real deal martial arts bag.

T1, which is the smaller size. I am 6’1” and i can punch at shoulder height. If you want to practice punch up slightly you may want the bigger T2. I have a hanging bag and i actually prefer this standing one. It Rocks back and forth sort of like a double end bag. Looks nice. I did order the fabric cover for the bottom. Just for looks. It doesn’t really make it softer.

So perfect, very sturdy, look nice. Perfect if you cannot hang a bag. It’s going to walk a bit on the floor when punched, but if you move around it, it shouldn’t be a problem. That bag is more for cardio not for 100% power punch or kick. I don’t know if it’s normal but mine is 68 5/8 inches tall and not 67. That is not a complaint at all. That bag is great.
