This item was not hard to assemble. My child loves it and it appears to be stable. My only complaint would be that the description says that sand can be used or water. In the instructions it cautions that water can start to smell bad. I intended to use water. However, we filled with small gravel located on our property due to discovering Christmas Eve that water would not be a good option.

I'm so happy about my punching bag that was gifted to me. Husband got one from another store for $400. I returned it and found this on Amazon, and I ma so happy. It's sturdy, and tall. I can fight it. I Kick, punch, elbow, knee. This thing takes it all. My mom and husband punches it as well. I love this. It's a great buy and the cost was outstanding. No problem putting it together, it was fast. And I filled it with water for now. You will enjoy this product.Would buy again..

I bought this for my daughter for her birthday and the window she originally wanted was $75 more but this one had a coupon and they had exactly the same measurements as the original one that she wanted and it was such a great bye. She loves it. She uses it every day to work out with And it takes up minimal space in the basement

My lease doesn't allow me to attach a heavy bag to the ceiling, so I needed a free-standing one. For the price, this is an excellent bag that can take a punch.
