Replaced the vent covers on our 1970 motorhome that I am restoring. Nice quality for plastic! Easy to install! Had them for a year now and still look brand new!

Great replacement for my worn-out, beat up roof vents. Installation was easy and the vent works perfectly. Glad I got it and got it installed before my next trip.

Simple to install and seems to have some quality upgrades over the originals installed at the factory on my 5th wheel.

Had a dead tree branch make a small jagged skylight through my 28' U-Haul roof. So why not make it a skylight/vent. A lucky tree limb puncture centered between the edge and two cross beams. Simple snipped it around templet, sealed with waterproof caulk (full tube topside), then 28 self drilling screws (had to drill anyway), used red thread lock. Smoothed excess caulk squeeze, let set a while, than aluminum motor home roof painted around the upper install. It's pretty permanent, so I nope it last. It really adds light to the generally dark truck box (much better than 12v lights by day). I might have to darken with insulation board when not in use, to not add heat.. Very happy and slim profile doesn't add much truck height. It may be converted to a Hurricane escape vehicle and build the galley or bathroom under it. Lemons to lemon aid.

Die Qualität ist sehr bescheiden. Is ne China Dachluke. Material und Herstellungskosten liegen bei unter 5 Euro schätze ich mal. Der hebe Mechanismus klemmt. Fetten hilft. Alles is billig gemacht, irgendwie schief und schräg. Bei leichtem Regen, im Stehen wirds wohl gehen aber damit zu fahren würde ich nicht. Dichtet dann nicht wirklich ab.

Perfect fit for our 1998 Jayco Eagle 8. The screw pattern was identical. It seems sturdy and the twist knob closes it easily. I think this can be installed on multiple thickness. The trim on the inside snaps in and has small screw holes to mount it.

Was easy to install, does a good job. But the plastic that opens the vent is flimsy. You have to be careful not to close it to tight or it could break it. Other then that it’s very nice, I’m glad I got it. I didn’t need a fan one and did t want to deal with wiring.

Original vent always leaked. Rain would splash up and under the lid or blow up and under the lid while traveling, soaking the forward dressing room. Replaced it with this unit and zero leaks even when traveling in a downpour. Require a drill and pop rivet gun with aluminium pop rivets, butyl tape, and caulk ( tape and caulk flagged on amazon " often bought with this"). Don't use steel rivets if attaching to aluminum skinned trailer or they will create significant corrosion damage. Takes about an hour to drill out old rivets to remove the old vent and prepare for new vent install. About an hour to complete the new install. Seems to be a higher quality vent than the original. I'll update this post if I have any issues with it.

Vent arrived a scheduled, pattern was included but has to be cut out of the box the fan comes in. This is smart unless you need to return the vent!Order the installation kit as this comes with nothing. Like having a car delivered with no wheels! The install kit is overpriced for some screws and a roll of putty tape. Also as many others have stated the kit was missing six of the 24 or so screws it requires.
