The ceiling garnish and crank handle remain in place: no screws to lose. Easy-grip knob operator replaces the traditional L-shaped crank handle and allows for a smoother operation of the lift assembly. The knob also detaches easily. Permitting faster screen removal and cleaning. The knob is interchangeable with the L-shaped crank. So you can also use it on older vents. Polypropylene dome models feature aerodynamically wedge-shaped dome that has 4 times the impact strength of other polypropylene covers on the market. Everything fits great. One thing to note….the inside insert that screws in from inside camper is a couple of inches tall. The insert on my actual camper was tapers from about 5” to 2”. You will need to check your camper before you buy.

Excellent product, well packaged and seems to be well engineered.Metal base bent on corner. Since shipping box had no sign of damage- the warehouse shipped it out anyway.

This works great in our camper, no more leaks! The package came damaged, a hole in the box and the screen! I contacted the seller and with pictures of the damage, the next day, they sent us a replacement screen! Very good customer service!

I custom installed this on my Peterbilt sleeper roof. I looked for the one that i thought would be the best built. I had no issues with it, but, the lid seemed a little flimsy. I'll look for a metal one to replace it with.
