Functions of the cover glass
Cover the material to avoid contact between the liquid
and the objective lens to avoid contaminating the lens.
Cleaning Method
Wash with water or alcohol, and then wipe clean with cotton or gauze.
(better use lens cleaning paper, and avoid touching the glass slide with your fingers,
so as not to leave fingerprints on it and affect the use of the next observation)
Step
When preparing a sample, place the cell or tissue section
on a glass slide and place a cover glass on it for observation.

These slides and covers are extremely thin and easily broken. I do not recommend in general. Stay well away if you’re using these with kids!

Slides are clean and individually separated by chemical wipers. Two box set arrives in a single, vacuum seal package.

They say pre cleaned but mine had a lot of spots all over them and had to be cleaned and n order to use. They are bad but the definitely were not pre cleaned

They are slides. They work well using a microscope. I did have several in each box that had jagged edges and/or a missing corner.I needed the slides immediately so I did not return them.
