Permount is a mounting medium used in biological slide making for preserving tissue, etc. Its the best product available. It has a characteristic that doesn't affect the tissue, doesn't affect the light transmission, etc.

If you have no use for your slides for several weeks, then this stuff might work for you. But it takes 7-10 days to really become permanent and you can move coverslips around with a Q-TIP for up to 5 days.

Permount is perfect for affixing a cover glass' to a slide. It is very stickyand holds well, which is important for a permanent mount.Caution! Don't get it on your fingers in the process.
