I have no complaints. I put an sma to bnc adapter on my HT radio and then added this antenna to it.It works just fine. I appreciate being able to quickly switch antennas with the bnc connection.Any time you add more adapters, you introduce losses, but I am happy to trade a tiny decrease in performance for the quick disconnect nature of the bnc connection.

I've been rocking a NA-701 with a BNC adapter because I like the 701's size. I've been looking for a BNC antenna that was the same size and couldn't find one. Until I got this one. This is stiffer and a little bulkier than the 701 but the SWR curve is exactly the same as the 701 on my NanoVNA. I honestly like stiffy antenna. It feels more rugged than the 701.

So far this seems like a good replacement for a broken Nagoya NA-701, but I'm using it on a handheld CLI detector, not a radio.

Good price for a couple of antenna that went directly onto my radio without having to pay for the original replacement.

This "whip" antenna is stiffer than I expected, having previously used 19" whips for my HT. But I'm sold on this: I connected it to a network analyzer, and the SWR for the ham 2m and 70cm bands is less than 1.5, as advertised. The quality of the antenna is evident. Connection point is strong (I got the BNC version), finish is clean. This product was recommended to me by another, more experienced ham, and I tell you what: this is a great HT antenna. What I really like is the more manageable size. This is the HT antenna I've been searching for.

The best swr I could get was a 5.2 and the high side was 9.9. They say it has a 1.5 at 144MHz and 430MHz. Dont beleave it. I tried 3 handhelds and 2 swr meters and no good. I will say they did real well at RX. I would have sent them back but I'm using them for my scanners. I also found the Impedance are between 28ohms and 42ohms not 50ohm.

These antennas are surprising. The build seems good and the SWR results were consistent on both bands. I'm using them on a HT and with my wideband receiver both are Yaesu products. The radios are performing as good as with the stock antennas.I was a little confused regarding the power ratings. This listing states 20W but the packaging it came in states 50W. I will err on the side of caution.
