Exactly what I needed for my washer repair. The part was easy to replace and kept me from having to buy a new washer. It has held up so far without any issues for 2 years now.

Bought this to repair a whirlpool commercial washer that wasn’t oscillating anymore. This part broke on install but it was likely my fault. If you are replacing this in your washer, please take steps to ensure it goes on properly. Use a wire wheel brush and drill to polish and clean the teeth it engages to on the motor shaft. It will be dirty and rusty from usesge. Grease the shaft and part so that it slides onto the shaft without a ton of force. If you have to force it you will strip it like I did. It’s just plastic in the end. Use caution when inserting the retainer clip. It may have to be tapped into place with a hammer, but excessive force here will cause the clip to break. It’s not a hard job if done correctly.

Part is as advertised, as a replacement part for Centennial Bravos XL Washer hug kit/gear replacement. Will update once has been in service for some time. As of now, clip fits as described and was as easy as it could be given the washer is large so it is hard to get to if you are short like me. Of note so far, the clip does not have teeth on the inside as the OEM part does.

I liked the fact that it was an easy install once I was able to remove the pulsator. That was the tough part. The groves on the old part were gone and it was smooth and the grooves on the steel shaft were almost gone but I installed the new one on it anyway. Lining it up and then tapping it on with a small hammer and screwing it down and putting in the clip. Putting in the clip was a bit tough, and I had to use a hammer on that as well. After I put everything back together, I ran a load, and the machine worked great. It might work great for several more loads but the grooves on the steel shaft bothered me, so the next day I went to Lowes and bought a new washer and dryer. I would purchase this again.

Just a little trouble getting the agitator off but once off easy peasy to remove the old hub kit and install the new one. A perfect fit and everything working fine now.

The original hub from Maytag had the teeth complete worn down in less than three years. Despite the poor design, this little beauty got our wash working like normal. INSTALL TIPS: 1) Use an impact driver to remove the wash plate bolt and 2) use a shoe to get under the wash plate if it’s stuck. Plenty of YouTube videos to show you how. Not sure how long this hub will last, but I’ll replace it again if it saves me the cost of a new washer.

Washing machine was banging like you wouldn't believe (or maybe you would, that's why you're here) and the clothes started soaking wet. I was told, by someone I trust, that the machine was shot. They said it would cost more to repair than to just buy a new one. I don't have that kind of money. I'm so glad I dug deeper on my own and found that this part was stripped out - what did I have to lose if I needed a new washer anyway, right? At a fraction of the price of OEM I was a little skeptical if it would last, but again, I'm far from rich so I went for it. Arrived quick and felt very sturdy for inexpensive plastic. Went in easily, fit like a glove. Many months later, doing laundry practically non stop for a family of six, it still works like new. Buy it, you'll be glad you did.

A little too snug but definitely fixed the problem! Quality material and I believe it should last. I would recommend. Watched several videos and thought it was my Maytag washing machine splutch / motor. Replaced splutch and motor but grinding noise was still present. When I replaced the splutch and motor, I didn't see any real wear on the gears so I suspected it was another issue. So YouTube'd another video and it suggested the tub hub. Sure enough it was worn enough to grind during the agitation cycle but still worked ok. Replaced it with this part and problem solved. Had to use small hammer to tap in clip. I believe it was because it didn't fully seat properly. But it's very snug and should stay in place. Many washes later and it appears to be doing great. Pretty easy install overall.
