The hubs are made of bearing material, it is meant to be dry, don’t grease it. Grease will just make things worse as the inside of a dryer can be dusty (linty, hairy) and this will stick. It appears to be of an OEM quality. My dryer is 15 years old so about every five years I put in a new set of wheels and belt. They can get noisy over time. A person could clean out the originals, but there’s too much effort just in getting to them so I choose to refresh with new. I haven’t done many loads yet, but these are nice and quiet just like new. - without grease. I did put new axles in though.

Dryer started squeaking then screaming. Watched some youtube videos and thought it was one part. Opened it up and two of the roller wheels were stuck as well. Had to replace the roller wheels. Ordered these, they arrived the next day. Easy install (if you've already ripped apart your dryer).Note, if you slide them on and notice they are still sticking or not rolling freely, grab some sandpaper and sand around the metal dowels or pins you are sliding these on to. You don't need much, but it takes off the residue and allows the roller to spin more freely.Wish I took picture while installing but didn't know if these would work or not. I can say they work. The dryer humms along and is no longer screaming. These are just as good as OEM.

Shipped super fast and fit my Whirlpool dryer just like the originals. Lots of videos out there to help with putting them in, which isn't hard at all. I also found my tensioner pulley to be partially seized up, but since it's not got any bearings in it, a good clean up and lube got it working just fine again as well. So no need to purchase one of those.

My clothes dryer began making a clunking noise. After a bit of investigation, I determined that it was the dryer support rollers (only one of the 4) had separated from the bushing it should be spinning on.I purchased these and when they arriveed installed them. They slipped on the the shaft perfectly after cleaning and applying some bearing grease (to hopefully increase life span). Now the dryer runs as quietly as when it was new.

Installed yesterday and obviously the dryer runs like new again. My factory wheels were extremely worn. Dryer was very loudRecommend a light sand paper and some automotive grease on the shaft when you replace them. Seeing as there is no bearings these little wheels will need all the help they can get!Install is easy enough. Model dependent. On mine the rear wheels are held on by brass coloured left hand thread nuts. The front wheels are silver right hand threads. Spin those off and replace the triangle Nylon lock pieces.Good to go.

When installing the wheels, put grease around the shaft first then install the wheel. This reduces the friction of the wheel turning. Also reduces noise amd the wheels will last longer. Automotive general purpose grease will do fine. Install was straight forward. No issues. The dryer is quiet again. Value for the money, Excellent. Speed of install, about an hour. I did the install for a friend. By using the grease on the shaft prior to wheel install, the durability of this product should be up to par with the standard wear and tear. They should last about 5 years at least with regular family use.

The center barring broke lose on the bottom back roller of our dryer. This was a perfect fit replacement. All the videos on YouTube say you have to take the whole washer apart and remove the drum to replace this but for me the back panel flexed enough to get this in without taking off anything but the top and back panel.

Tldr... rollers look good. Hardware included could be better.I've seen several reviews from many different brands about rollers breaking. These appear to be identical replacements. Top is new in photo, bottom two are the old. New is unmarked (no part number). I'm sure ill update this review should they fail sooner than anticipated. Most reviews of failures seemed to be in kits (belt, pulley and rollers). I noticed the kit that says it's for my dryer doesn't always have compatible parts. Belt would be right but the pulley and rollers would be different part numbers (or a mixture). Check the individual part numbers for each part in the diagrams you can find online. I chose to buy each part individually since I couldn't find a kit that had matching part numbers. With a mixture of good and severely bad reviews in my search, I am making the assumption the kits don't have exactly compatible parts. They may go in but I'd guess there is something not right and leads to failure. I'm no expert, just an assumption.Went on easy except for the push nut. I had to use a Philips bit and a socket to expand it a bit. Slots appear to be punched and not enough to expand without some force. I figured it wasn't a great idea to hammer the push nut in the dryer assembly and risk damaging something else. Lay the push nut in the socket and gently tap the bit in until it gives a little. Not too much otherwise you'll defeat it's purpose. Short bit and long socket would be best to be able to knock it out if it gets stuck (just flip over in the socket and tap the bit). I stressed tested the bracket supporting the roller shaft and it was a snug fit.Triangle washers appear to be cheaper, more flexible than the originals. I destroyed the old taking them off so couldn't reuse those. The ones included look like they will do fine. I stress tested each of those and they stayed in the grooves of the shalf as well.Lastly you could hear the new roller on it's initial run but that sound died down after running for a bit (less than 1 dry cycle). I didn't add any grease. No guides I've found mentioned it so I didn't. Also it may not be a great combo with what builds up in the cabinet over time. This was my first time working on a dryer and the disassembly and installation was easier than expected. Didn't time it but wasn't a long process.Used a shop vac and some paper towels to clean out and wipe off components. All around dryer is working (and sounding) good as new.
