This is a lightweight (4.5#) and small winch. I bought it because I am getting to the age, I can't get my Harley back upright after I dropped it. I also carry 75 feet of 500# test rope and a separate 6' to connect to a tree or bumper of a car.Have used it once and it does not take much effort to get the bike back up again. She is a H-D RKC and @ 800 lbs. The winch and rope fit easily in one saddlebag. I am in the Catskill Mts. and oft I am in an area where no people may be around. It is a well-made piece of equipment and can also be used around the house. Would certainly buy it again.

Very happy with come along. I used these extensively when I was working and always was satisfied. You might have to roll chain manually on occasion but I never worried about it. 5' chain can be a problem at times. I ordered it by mistake, thought I was getting the 10' chain. I guess I'll just have to order another. Surprisingly the bag comes in handy.
