My kayak did not arrive on the delivery date. I email BKC, I got a response right away. I asked for the tracking information, BKC promptly sent it to me. I learned that my kayak had been sitting in a warehouse a little over a two hour drive from my home, and had been there for 14 days, now this is the shipping company's fault. BKC does hire the shipping company, so they are not completely blameless. On another note, I love my pedal kayak, I am going to use it as much as I can before winter hits. :)

This kayak is extremely convenient to use . I can fit it into my minivan with a lot of rooms for other stuff . and you can use a handtruck to carry it to the boat launch in folded form . No need tie , just do it like you move an appliance with dolly . The kayak is compact but wider than most of other kayaks . it's very easy to turn , speed is not that fast but if you pedal hard it can still achieve enough speed . Perfect for fishing in almost any condition
