This is a real Shimano CUES 11 speed shifter. It does not come in retail packaging but everything looks exactly like other cues shifters. I'm using this on a flat bar hybrid bike build. You'll need to make sure your components are compatible, but otherwise this will work perfectly for a cues build. It's good Shimano quality, and already has the shift cable included.

These are great. You can thumb press in three gears. Index finger does one gear. Very nice clicking and spot on with 11 speed freewheel.These are marked Shimano CUES
