I bought this grill before, and I never had a problem. But this one is just a trash. It sticks and burns food. I threw it away.

We bought this to relaxed the other one I had for over 20 years. Unfortunately the cord temp dial was broken on the new one. We called and explained the problem and they sent us a new one- came within 2 days! Can't recommend this company highly enough.
