The gloves are adequate for cardio boxing and light workout of punching and speed bag, these gloves would be more comfortable with a nylon fabric material on the exterior that is more pliable. The plastic vinyl material is not as flexible and makes the glove look rather cheesy.

Product seems fine but color looks off. Ordered the pink gloves but these look more purple. Luckily my daughter likes purple but didn't like that there is no thumb coverage.

I use for a hitt boxing class and is less bulky than the regular boxing gloves and can leave on for the weight lifting!

Purchased these for my husband who started in MMA training. The padding on the gloves are great, they really protect his hands. The fit is really good, just make sure you measure your hands. He uses them during fighting and when hitting the bag and they are holding up really well. Would definitely recommend.
