You must use zinc plated BB's, copper plated BB's misfired 4/15 shots. Not terribly accurate. Amazon is not an authorized dealer and neither AMZ nor the manufacturer will give you a return. If you buy it here, you keep it. To lock back the magazine follower for loading, push it all the way to the bottom, and when the pointy end sticks out of the bottom of the mag, hook it over the end "lip". then you can load BB's. It is an OK BB gun, don't know if it holds charge yet. Would not buy here, in case you don't like it.

I like that it's not so light it almost feels like a normal gun it's nice that it's close to the original

Wow, this bb gun is amazing. Got it today. Fired 8 clips on 1 co2. 8th clip a little weak. All bbs within an in. & 1/2 in the middle of the bullseye at 20 ft. A must buy for anyone looking for a bb gun.
