Nice. They work, but the side digs into the side, right above my arm pit. I’m still wearing it, just shorter time. Will be honest, it’s not that comfortable…but then again, I guess that’s what it’s suppose to do. It is easy to use and does help with the posture (which is the reason why I got it). Not that bulky, but if you want to use it under clothes, it’s best to do that under sweaters. Tshirts, blouses…the unit is too bulky for light weight shirts. Good value for the money and it does work.

No entiendo tan malas opiniones, cumple su función, la talla es correcta, yo uso la M/L, peso 80 kg y mido 1,78. Tenía uno que estaba ya desgastado, muy parecido lo que compre hace años, con el mismo sistema de anclaje y creo que me costó 20 euros en día.Si trabajas mucho con el ordenador y tienes una mala postura, además de realizar algunos estiramientos y ejercicios para la chepa, está bien este tipo de dispositivos. Este en concreto te obliga a mantener una postura recta si lo estiras bien, cosa que al principio puede ser molesta, pero obliga a los músculos y al cuerpo a tomar una postura más erguida que es para lo que sirve. Al principio hay que llevarlo unos diez minutos y vas alargando, no es bueno llevarlo muchas horas y hay que ser consciente que hay que adoptar una postura recta y eso a los músculos les va a obligar a corregir la posición y puede ser molesto al principio.

Como ocurre con todos estos correctores de postura, ayuda, sí, pero también tiene sus limitaciones. En este caso, el diseño es bastante aceptable, cumple con su cometido de mantener los hombros hacia atrás y recordar al cuerpo la posición correcta. Si lo usas con constancia, notas la diferencia al cabo de unos días.Eso sí, no es algo que puedas llevar cómodamente durante horas y no aconsejo ponerlo directamente sobre la piel, sino que debes meterle debajo una camiseta para aguantarlo un poco más. En la zona de la axila puede llegar a resultar molesto tras un rato, algo muy común en este tipo de productos. No es un fallo exclusivo de este modelo, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta.No lo recomiendo para estar en movimiento pues caminando roza aún más la axila, pero para estar sentada en escritorio trabajando es bastante recomendable.Por lo demás, es justo lo que esperaba: un pequeño apoyo postural para ratos puntuales del día. Ni más, ni menos.

The back posture corrector in size M/L from benoo was the correct size for my medium frame. While it was comfortable enough around my shoulders, with straps that felt similar to wearing a backpack, I can’t say that I benefited much from wearing it.The design does encourage better posture, as I noticed myself wanting to stick my chest out while wearing it. However, this also caused significant tension in my neck and shoulders, making me feel stiff and strained. After just a few minutes, the discomfort became too much, and I had to take it off. Unfortunately, this neck strain prevented me from using it for longer periods or seeing any real improvement in my posture.While this posture corrector might work for someome else, I wouldn’t recommend it for individuals who are prone to tension in their neck and shoulders.

I've been struggling with needing extra back support for a couple years now. This has just been too uncomfortable to wear. The straps rub under my arms and are just too thick. It's difficult to get on properly. I'll keep looking because this is just not for me

I appreciate that this posture corrector is comfortable to wear and provides video instructions for use. Others have commented that the straps chafe under the arms. I did find the straps to be a little bulky and I always wore the posture corrector over a t-shirt so I did not experience any chafing. After a few wearings, I did not really notice the straps under the arms anymore. I used it standing, walking, and siting in various chairs. There was no discomfort with any of those.The materials seem to be of high quality and it feels like wearing a backpack with wide, padded straps. I did experience some difficulty putting it on. Even with the straps as loose as they will go, the “flap” of fabric below where the straps loop through the back tends to fold under itself as I put it on and I then have to reach my hand behind my back to flip it back down.The instructions say to start by wearing it about 20 minutes at a time a couple of times a day. I can confirm that this is wise because I forgot and left it on for a couple of hours one day and my upper back muscles were quite sore from pulling my shoulders back. My posture is immediately better when I put it on because it “reminds” my body to pull the shoulders back. When I received this, the asking price was under $10 which is a great value. When my son asked me about it, I immediately bought one for him as well.

I have been used to using tape for posture correction periodically for a couple months, but it gets very expensive having to constantly replace it. This back strap does a pretty good job at obtaining the same results with less money being spent.Getting the support strap on is super easy and there are even instructions on what order to tighten everything. It’s very straightforward though, and I didn’t need the instructions. Everything fits well, and the straps were helping straighten my shoulders. I don’t think it was as far as it should have been, but definitely better than my normal posture.My only complaint with this particular model, is that the buckle in the back was a little uncomfortable at first. It got less distracting the long I wore it, but it was a bit noticeable. You will also see it when wearing just a shirt overtop, which is less noticeable with other models that don’t use buckles.

I always find myself rounding my shoulders forward while working at the computer which has lead to poor posture and muscle pain/tension. I've wanted to try a posture support like this for a long time and was pleasantly surprised at the results with this one!I immediately noticed it helps prevent me from rolling my shoulders forward. I can feel a slight resistance/pull when I start to slouch. Using this makes it a lot more comfortable to keep my shoulder blades back and straighten up my posture. I like that it's enough tension to remind me to sit upright, without being overly restrictive.It has a similar padding style like backpack straps and is easy to put on just like a backpack. I really like how easy it is to adjust the sizing with the velco straps. The extra velcro sticks right to the rest of the padding and stays out of the way. The instructions recommend to use this in short intervals and remove it if it causes any pain. I appreciate that this is adjustable to fit as I am small/petite size. I think it could be more comfortable if the straps tapered in to be thinner towards the armpits as it began to rub in that area after wearing for about 20 minutes.Overall I am happy with this and find it to be a helpful tool to keep my posture in place.

This posture corrector is a great value for the price! It really does help pull your shoulders back and improve posture instantly. I noticed a difference in how I carry myself after just a few wears, and it even helped ease some of my upper back and shoulder tension from long hours at my desk.The adjustable straps make it easy to get a snug fit, and the material is breathable enough for daily wear. That said, it can get a little uncomfortable under the arms after wearing it for a while—especially if you have it on tight.Still, for the price, it's an effective and affordable tool to support better posture and reduce pain. Just be mindful of how long you wear it at a time, and maybe wear it over a thin shirt for extra comfort.

This posture corrector is just okay. It is on the larger side, so if you're a smaller person, you will pretty much have no velcro for the straps left. It also doesn't hold your shoulders back as much as it should. Since it is larger, you do have to pull it really tight, which pulls on your armpits. Doesn't work super great for fixing your posture.
