It is lightweight, easy to adjust, nicely made and supports the back. It stays in place and doesn't ride up or down.

Easy to use and great back support with this back brace. I also feel that, if like me you need to use a back brace to support the spine, this is actually quite a fashion accessory! I wear it under clothes when out and about but don’t mind my family seeing it over clothes when at home. It is washable although I haven’t yet tried to wash it. The Velcro waistband is a generous fit and the Velcro tightening straps hold securely. Personally I find it easy to wear when sitting, unlike other reviewers. The back ‘stays’ get a little buckled but I feel this doesn’t affect the back support it offers. Very happy with this purchase. I bought 2 to ensure I was never without one (whilst being washed/on holiday etc). Good value for money. Highly recommended. My physiotherapist commented on it giving good support.

This was a gift for a family member with a tough job and back pain. She says it fits exactly, it adjusts as described and is already helping with stability and pain. A wonderful product and I get to be the hero. Company was responsive and helpful to the max. We'll be back to shop with them again.

I suffer from sciatica flareups and have a couple of pinched nerves in my back. I work remotely which wreaks havoc on the human body if you’re sitting all day. This belt forces me to sit properly and because of that, I can usually head off a painful sciatic nerve flareup. Well made, comfortable, and sturdy!

Have had back surgery in the past and not completely pain free. This is by far the best back brace that I personally have purchased because of the support that it provides. You can control the degree of support that you need. It is easy to put on and remove unlike others. Strong Velcro so it stays where you put it and doesn’t come open. Reasonably priced. A quality product. So glad I purchased it.

Maravilla, sin molestias la tuve hoy en el trabajo un trabajo en el que me muevo muchísimo y no me molesto nada ,llegue a casa sin dolor lumbar, es fuerte y muy bien rematada te protege del frío que a mi me afecta mucho la verdad es un gran apoyo para columnas dañadas , me cogí la talla M medí mi cintura y era 95 el máximo de la M y el mínimo de la L y queda perfecta

I’ve had a back back for a while bending down then getting up driving for long periods. Even walking around doing diy and going to the gym. This support works gives that little support that you need I wasn’t too sure until I tried it. Day finishing work there was very little soreness absolute game changer

It fits well but I need a support that deals with my slouching shoulders. If you only have a lower back pain then this one would work. Adjustable and comfortable.

Se ajusta muy facilmente y es muy comoda de llevar. Los materiales, como el velcro de gancho pequeño hace imposible que se te enganche con cualquier ropa.Cierras normal la faja y luego ajustas con las gomas que que trae, es mas comodo que otros que he tenido con un solo velcro.No sé mueve de su sitio, tiene unas bandas de silicona que ayudan a quedarse quieta.Lo uso casi a diario por dolor lumbar, y me ayuda a tener una postura correcta estando sentado, y sobre todo lo uso para ir en moto, lo recomiendo 100%.Únicamente, tener cuidado con las medidas, si estás justo en el limite de tamaño, te aconsejo coger la talla mas grande, porque si te queda ajustado cuando te mueves o te sientas puede que no vaya bien puesto, y como luego igualmente tienes las gomas para ajustarlas, es mejor llevarlo bien puesto.Esto no pasa con los normales de solo un ajuste, que tienen que ir siempre apretados y van dando de sí.La verdad que me ha sorprendido mucho.
