Used for first time for a 2 week vacation. Plants have never looked this good upon return. Pretty sure will just use this method always now as plants know what they need.

Didn’t work the way I expected it to work it didn’t dry the water up into the plants but maybe it’s meant for smaller plants not my larger ones so I honestly can’t tell you if it would work but it’s worth a try

I bought the Augshy 1/6 Inches Self Watering Wick to assist with my tall flower containers that sit at my front door and on the lanai. This helps with all the rain and also recycles water. :-). Not to mention, my plants are able to water themselves by having the wick soak what it need to ensure my pants do not die.

I bought what I thought was a self watering plant with pot, but it was missing its cord so I thought that I would try this. It works perfectly. I just snipped off about two times as much as the size of the pot and inserted it on the bottom of the pot with a screwdriver And Voila! I have a self watering pot now! It wicks up the moisture just fine and was very easy to install. There is plenty of length to create several self watering pots.

Last year when I went to Vegas for a week my lovely Arrowhead got quite dehydrated. After a year of rehab he was green and lively - just in time for my next trip to Vegas. I bought this a week in advance to test and was blown away by how well it worked. I honestly had low expectations and this by far exceeded them. My plant was plenty moist when I returned. I will be purchasing this again and will use it on my other plants.

Watering cord is easy to use. However should be placed deep in the plant pot to insure all the roots are watered. I had 6 plants and used a large pot of water to draw from and it was almost empty after 8 days in a warm house. This is a great solution for houseplants and a really great price.

Seems fine. I use many self watering pots, add extra ropes to some. Gave a length of it to neighbor for her mosquito lamp. Looks cotton not nylon. Extra labels are always welcome , these are really small. UPDATE DO NOT USE IN A LAMP AS A WICK. Doesn’t work.

These do transfer the water well from water jug to plant, but way too fast, even when I use longer lengths. Still had a good plant shrivel up and die while away 3 weeks.

This item works very well. I bought the rope so my plants' soil will be kept moist while I am away on vacation. Depending on the size of the water vessel, any plant could be fed water for quite awhile; I've tested for a couple weeks.
