turns out this is meant for singing/karaoke not for voice recording/ interviews. o well was cheap I can't complain tho will probably never use it because it almost has to touch the mouth to be used.

Ordered two of these for a party, to connect to our Turtlebox speakers. One of the microphones worked well. The other worked intermittently. I contacted the seller who resolved it by sending a replacement microphone to us.

If you’re just needing a mic for communication purposes, this one is great. Sound quality is lacking, but for the price, what would you really expect?

Sound quality is exceptional. Picks up clearly at 0-8 inches from microphone head. Worth twice the money (or more). Zero artifact noise, even connected to a PC for videoconferencing. Good ergonomics; surface is smooth, but not slippery. Will buy again if I need a second microphone.

Very basic level of mic, not great sound quality obviously. But on the plus side, you plug the 3.5 mm jack into a Windows computer and it just works - no drivers, no USB gain issue making the mic way too quiet, no Windows 10 mic problems.

A MacBook Pro has a very difficult time using any external mic unlessYou have an interface. I didn’t so it would not work in my case. Had to return.
