I was tired of paying so much money for my AT&T landline account so I bailed out of that and set up a subscription to telephone via internet thru my ISP which was only 25% of the cost. I chose to use this AT&T product. I am satisfied with it for the most part. The audio quality is not quite as good as the AT&T landline but it is not bad. It provides a very good answering machine function. I actually use the answering machine function supplied by the ISP which is offered and just as good as the AT&T answering function. All in all a pretty good product.

Folks that call us all report having a hard time hearing us. Outbound signal strength is weak. When we switch to our original phone (a Panasonic DECT 6.0) they all report us as loud and clear. Of course I didn't hook this up right away and now its out of the return window, or it would go back. Very disappointing. :(
