Purchased on Sept 8th 2023, would have installed it sometime around that, just installed a new motorcraft actuator on March 10th 2024since this one failed. Wish I would have just replaced it with the motorcraft to begin with since it is such a pain to get in!

2016 F150 and was only getting air to the windscreen no matter what selection I made. Replaced with this blend actuator and it fixed the problem. Install was not difficult but was awkward and took some time, find a youtube video that walks you through taking the trim pieces off for access.

Did some research as to why my truck vents weren't working properly. Found out it was the mode door actuator. So I looked on YouTube about how to install the part. The channel MT406 Mechanics had the best video on installation. It's in an awkward place and took me about 45 minutes from start to finish. Heater works as it should now.

Used this to replace bad mixer door actuator in my 2015 f150. The process to fix it is miserable but this part was a perfect plug and play. Immediately fixed the issue and saved me over $1000
