I've had this for almost a year. I have short hair cats, it does it's job, but it only works when I brush their hair backwards, that when a lot of their hair comes out. Maybe might not be for short hair cat, but it still does its job.

I have a very hairy cat and this is the only brush that actually removes his excess fur. But only thing is he hates it if i brush him too much.

This comb got rid of a lot of undercoat from my cats. They enjoyed the deferring process too, and I could tell they felt better. It brought shine back to the top coat.

I have a Maine Coon and I have always been diligent brushing him daily. Problem was that our old brush was too fine and did not go deep enough. The very first time I used this new tool, I must have removed half a cat in fur. It was amazing. It is a steal for the price.
