These are sturdier than I expected, which is great. I should have looked at the pictures more closely since the countersink is on the inside and I intended to use them on the outside of a wooden box. I ended up installing them on the inside. I ground off the points of the screws because the pushed through the 1/2 inch plywood.

Nice angle sturdy and attractive brackets. Very slight scuffing on parts of the surface might have been prevented by better packaging, or may be due to manufacturing process; unlikely to be noticed once installed. All surfaces are essentially flat, and screw holes are countersunk. In actual use, these will look great.
