Flows as expected for a 63/37 solder blend. No issues with performance. Note that weights shown are gross, including the spool (net weight is shown on the spool label). There are better values out there.

This seems to be a easily flowing solder with a relatively low melting point and excellent adhesion to copper. At less than 1 mm thick, it is easy to get in and out quickly and avoid overheating surrounding components, and with lower heat on the tip of your iron. As good as any other brand that I have used and better than some. Nice shiny connections.

I was looking for a very thin solder wire to fix a small device and came across this offering to try. I can say that it does the trick! If you’re looking for precise amounts of wire in a small fine application, then this is it.The spool is a standard spool like you might find with any other version of this product and there’s a sample of the wire that sticks out of a small hole in the center of the spool so that you see just how fin the wire is. This was perfect for repairing a light up necklace that had lost one of its contact points.At $10 MSRP, it is worth a look.

Leaves clean, shiny joints every time. This runs just as well as anything else I've used in the past so there's zero complaints from me.Also, spool size is irellevant as the solder is sold by weight. If you order the smallest weight you will have a lighter spool. If you order 100+ grams the spool will be more full. That's how it's always been.

Quality solder joints, excellent wettability and it appears to melt at a noticeable lower temperature than the wire I've been using. I highly recommend this product.
