Tips
This blend door controller had 2 pins terminal connector. There are a couple of similar versions of this parts in the market, you can pull yours out and count the pins to get the correct one. Prior to replacement, you need to make sure this is the exact one you need.

Blend door actuators on these vehicles are notorious for failing.The plastic inner gears can break. I am hopeful that these new actuators will stand up to longer wear. Removing the older part and installing these is fairly simple on the passenger side. If you're going the DIY route, the driver's side is more time consuming requires patience as It's a very narrow space to work in under the dash, which necessitates partial removal to access. For me, it's worth the effort and avoids the extensive labor time expense of going to a mechanic. Thank you.
