The package of six comes vacuum sealed but the beanie comes out unwrinkled. I'm a large male and the cap fits me well. The ad says adjustable, but I don't see any adjustment except for the elastic in the rear. The fabric is an airy open weave that will keep hair in, but allow air flow. The fabric is not stiff so the cap doesn't have a lot of form to it. I think my kitchen staff will wear these without complaints. If any are too large it will be a simple matter of a couple stitches or a pin in the rear to snug the cap band. They are washable and should last awhile.

These chef hats fit quite well with a headband that has elastic at the back to help keep them firmly on.. Mesh top should help avoid heat buildup, increasing comfort while wearing. Arrived individually wrapped inside a vacuum sealed package. Good product.
