I bought this chef hat for my culinary class. I wear it 5 times a week for 2-4 hours each day. Comfortable. I have worn this for 3 weeks. No issues. My head size is 22.5 inches. This also fits my wife's slight smaller head well.

I have a real aversion to hair nets, so I am definitely happy to wear something else and still be compliant. This hounds tooth patterned alternative is pretty good. It is very comfortable and hasn't made my head too hot so far. A nice hat for kitchen work.

It's small enough for my head, but also has enough room in the back for my hair bun. It's cute, the elastic in the back is nice. I've only spot cleaned it so far, donut frosting came off of it with a damp warm cloth.
