I ordered a personalized Chef's hat for my stepfather for Christmas. When the original hat arrived, I was so disappointed because it was perfect, except it was missing Li'l. I contacted the company & explained the significance of what I had written as Li'l Stevie's Bar & Grill. Within 24 hours the reached out to me & said they would have a new hat made & sent to me right away.I am happy to report I had the new hat that was 100% correct within just a few days. That was so impressive.The best part though is the hat is excellent quality & adjustable. I can't wait for my stepfather to see it Christmas morning. I know he is going to love it!My picture diesn't do it justice - it is awesome. I highly recommend this hat & company if you are looking for a personalized chef hat.
