In so many places of the home a GFCI is required by code, but in others they are handy to have even if not required. This set of two is an attractive price and these are well-made and work just fine.

The price is very competitive and offers great value for customers. The outlets are of regular profile. If your box is small, these might be challenging to install where a small profile GFCI outlet is needed. Otherwise the outlets are equipped with newer generation terminal where you don't have to wrap the wire around the nuts. The line and load terminals are clearly marked. The hot and neutral terminals also have color coding of the screws. The outlets are tested vigorously and performed consistently well.

I installed this in the bathroom as the outlet I had in there kept tripping unexpectedly without even overloading it. It was time to replace it so I ordered this one and installed it. It does not have the push in quick connects but it does have the push in then screw down without having to wind the cable around the screw. Basically as easy but even more secure as the push connect. Comes with the face plate as well so everything you need for an outlet swap.

I needed a quality outlet with GFCI protection in garage and this was great. Easy to install and all the parts I needed were in the box. If you need ground protection this is it.

Easy to install and work like a charm. These are those items you never wish to trigger but are so happy if, for some reason, they trip and save you the electrical shock. If you have a curious and adventurous toddler. you may want to install these in play areas even where they are not required by code. Always safety first.
