I bought a selfie stick before and observed that it is not safe to use coz its not stable. This one is stable and long, and im sure and i can say that it is safe to use.

Very easy to use. Nice counter balance when mounting the GoPro upside down since I don't use a gimble. This a nice little / compact addition to my kit.

Not too long, not too short. Screws into any tripod base, and accepts any camera connector at the top. Weighs about as much as a baby duck. Rugged as a baby yellow lab. Cheap enough to buy two and not break the bank.

This item locks out at good distances. The 1/4" screw mounts at the top and bottom are secure. A very good item for a Insta 360.
