You don't realize how handy some things can be until you get them and the build quality is up there with some of the "designer" brands. I swore I would get the long reach locking clamp pliers after I spent almost an hour trying to put a clamp back on my girlfriend's truck. I only wish I would've bought it years ago.

These work great and make life easier, but over time the locking mechanism in my cable hose clamp pliers rounded off so now I need to continue to apply squeezing pressure.

I got so sick of clamps being placed in weird places against frames or the engine. This allowed me to get those hard to reach clamps. Love the assortment and built really well. The handle has locks as you close it to hold the clamp open which makes clamp removal that much easier. Definitely recommend!

I bought these because I tried using a pair of pliers on a hose clamp and ended up cutting my hand so badly that I ended up getting stitches. These have worked very well for me.
