Does exactly what it says it does and does it nicely... I've even used it with wire probably twice as thick as it is intended for without issue. It is nicely made with quality materials but I did have to deburr the nose a bit. Only thing I didn't like and easily remedied was the tensioning handle's metal nut bears directly on the nylon washer and that washer bears directly on the metal back of the tool. I simply added a stainless washer on both sides of the nylon washer to keep it from getting eat up. It's a great value for the money and the perfect size I think... any smaller and you'd lose the power to tension it, any larger and it'd be too large for many areas you'll want you to use it.

It’s decent. Does what it’s supposed to but it’s a little harder than you would think to get it clamped right. Thought I wouldn’t need hose clamps anymore but it’s not worth the hassle only good for emergency or doing one here and there. Doesn’t replace using hose clamps in my opinion.
