I love me a bladder with an insulated tube. Serves me well in early winter and late spring hiking. The only issue however is because the bite valve is angled (which I don’t mind for actual use) it no longer fits well though my bungee flaps on my running pack or my hiking pack. I’ve been using a hair elastic to tether it to keep from bouncing. And my running pack has VERY elastic holders so just be aware if yours is more ridged this make not work for your pack.

Update: company reached out to me and offered a replacement bladder. Exceptional customer service!I received this water bladder and used it in my hiking backpack. The first time I used it, I realized my backpack was getting wet. I pulled it out of my backpack and realized in had a small hole, then noticed 3 more holes (2 on each side). It looks like someone put a staple through the bladder. Had to discard it because I was unable to use it in time to notice the defect and return it. The lesson I learned is to always check for holes as soon as I receive the product and that the QC cannot be trusted.

I ordered this product (1.5L) and at first I was thrilled by the neoprene "sleeve" that the tube is in...wow, nice feature. However, the tube WILL NOT CLICK INTO THE BLADDER. I read previous reviews, watched the videos posted and folks demonstrated how easily it just "clicked" into place....WRONG. I wrestled with it for over 30 minutes...tried everything possible, re-watched the videos and to no avail...that tube was NOT going into the bladder, no way, no how. I promptly returned it and ordered a recognizable name brand. Don't waste your money or time with this one!!

Bladder doesn't leak, top seals easily and effectively and even pops off for easy cleaning access. The only problem I had was the tube and where it inserts/connects into the bladder. I had to push it into the attachment with a good bit of force. I wouldn't recommend taking it off unless you're trying to clean it. That's the only negative side I've noticed so far, here's to hoping it doesn't come off during a festival!

Great value for bladder replacement but after a few uses one if the seals on the removable hose has broken the other one leaks.Edited since company reached out and has addressed my seal issues. Great customer service.
