Considering these are a little over two bucks a piece, you can't really go wrong. They do shed a bit of fabric when you first start loading them with compound, but that only lasts a little while. I am pretty sure that just about any buffing wheel is going to do that.They are somewhat bigger than I expected. For reference 50 mm is just under two inches.I got the set with six different pads. If I had it to do over, I would get a set with all the same shape and use each one with a different compound grit.

If you can't take a part to your bench buffer or grinder, take the buffer to what you're working on. These are soft cotton wheels in a variety of sizes and shapes. You won't use these dry, but will want to use some sort of a buffing compound with them just like you would on a bench buffer. For example, I have a bar that has a brass foot rest, and to clean and polish it, this is a great way and makes quick work of it. They're good quality, and are good to have on hand especially when working with metals.

This is a pack of 6 different cotton polishing wheels for use with a power drill. They have the hex shank so that they easily go into a drill or even an impact driver. These are soft cotton wheels but they're rigid enough to not just fly apart. You can use them to buff or polish. I've been using these for the past week and they seem to be holding up so far. I have no reservations about how long these will last me, which should be quite some time. The 6 pieces it comes with are all variations which allows for versatility to perform in any way the job calls for.Great pack and very good value. I'm completely satisfied.

Ordered/Received this (6) Pack of Buffing Wheels for Drill - Buffing Pad Cotton Polishing Wheels with 1/4" Shanks for my polishing needs. I'm big on keeping my vehicles, mowers, jewelry cleaned and polished as I'm always shining or polishing on something around home. Usually trying to use my big auto buffer to try and polish small things like our jewelry and smaller items and that doesn't work well.While shopping online for some polishing related items, I saw this (6) pack of small polishing wheels,all on 1/4" shanks and made of 100% cotton and placed my order. Love these polishing buffing wheels/pads. These work great in my battery operated drill and that lets me work outside on my aluminum wheels, inside truck and in shop, unlimited. These were exactly what I've always needed.The first things polished and shined were my wife's jewelry and they looked great. Look like new gold rings and bracelets. I like these as they are made of thick and soft 100% cotton. The material is sewn together to make a good thick pad/wheel. Also like the different styles and designs. These are a "must have" for most any shop guy or homeowner.Happy with order

I had those dreaded water stains after washing my car in the heat, and needed some kind of buffing pad to remove them before adding a clay and polish. These pads handle the work with ease and leave a lovely shine on the car paint. Saved me hours of elbow grease.

Bought this set of buffing wheels for polishing my smaller woodworking projects, like pencil boxes. It's a nice set and seems well made. Just know that for the first few minutes of use, the wheel releases a small cloud of small pieces of the fabric as it wears down. I suspect they will not last very long, but for the price they offer a wide variety of wheels and they work well.
