Main thing it holds lot of food scraps and since the silicon part is removable you don't have to pull whole drain strainer out of the sink to throw the waste.Another good thing, this fits my sink drain well. So all in all it's a good purchase.

Such a great find!These are sleek, easy to clean, and now I FINALLY have a way to "soak" things in the garbage disposal side of my sink as these are also sink stoppers!

This drain plug works great. Fit my sink drain well and holds water when plugged. I like the removable filter for keeping food from going down the drain. Would definitely recommend.

Definitely keeps food out of the drain. It’s 2 pieces; good locking drainer, silicone piece over that is removable for emptying when needed. ( I use it in combination with an over the sink strainer for things with alot of liquid).

I like that it replaces 3 different items. It keeps the water in the sink when you need it and releases it with the push of a button.It also keeps food scraps from going down the drain.Works perfect for my needs!

Fits excellently in both sinks. The closure is very good. The screen is easily removable, however, it’s awkward to clean it out thoroughly.

I am so happy I ordered this drain strainer. I had been so unhappy with my current drain strainer that no longer held my dish water. It was so frustrating with the water constantly draining out before I finished my dishes. I decided fed to get this one and it is awesome. No more losing water and it is so easy to use. Just drop it in and it stays water tight until you finish your chore. The handy little silicone inset is removable to get rid of any residuals. Very pleased with this product.
