Does the job and matches my matte black sink. After multiple runs through the dishwasher it still looks like new.

OK. Finally found a sink drainer that would blend with the new decor and be functional. It has this little basket to catch debris not wanted going down the drain and fits well in the sink. Very satisfied.

It worked great for 1 week. Then it all fell apart. Literally the spring would not go back in and I would remove it to clean it and it literally fell apart.

Hi This looks nice, but this one started to peel. I just got this a few months ago and it's already chipping as you can see in the photo. It's wet because I just had the water flow through it. The topper part is plastic. So it's up to you if you don't mind that. I liked it and it seemed well and fine until the peel started happing, but otherwise it works fine. I may need to purchase another one if it starts to look bad, probably test a different one overall because of the peel. I would understand if it lasted a year, but a couple months?

I use this in the kitchen sink on the non disposal side so I don't have to constantly bend over and scrounge thru the nightmare that's under my sink to find the old stand by stoppers that come with the sink. This is so simple to use. You leave it in the sink at all times and push the little plunge thingy in the middle and water collects in the sink. Push it again, and the water runs out. Easy peasy. And I never have to hunt for it because it stays in place. It has a little strainer basket that lifts out for cleaning out the "dregs". Then just drop it back in. I read reviews where people said sometimes the little plunger tip would get hit by a pan and accidently release the water. I've had mine for several months and NOT had that happen. But then I don't overload my sink either or my sink hole is in a more convenient place than theirs. I wish they made them for bathroom sinks. Because don't get me started on bathroom sink plunger things.

Was on fence for a month, finally put them in, I LOVE THEM, no more fishing out gunk from the drain, easy clean, easy pop out to clean the drain.Only drawback ... it takes longer for the water to drain out, have double kitchen sink, put 1 in each side, I have noticed when draining sink I wash dishes in the drain now glugs while it's fighting to get air through it, easy solve pull the strainer after water 1/2 way drained, tap gunk onto garbage can, replace into sink and it's a dream.Have unusual "country" sinks, no garbage disposals, no dishwasher.Seems durable, should have bought when I originally saw it.
