I needed to hang a new kayak next to another kayak and a canoe already hanging from my garage ceiling. The other boats are hanging right side up, so I needed to hang the new one sideways to make it fit. These straps worked great for that. They are heavy duty, tightly woven and are 1 1/2" wide. The ends are hemmed, not melted. The included hardware is heavy-duty. In my opinion they are adequate for even the heaviest kayak and come at a very fair price.

This wall hanging strap is a good solution if you have a garage with a loose kayak just bumping around. I was sick of my kayak just slipping around every time I tried to place it somewhere. Now it lives up on the wall and out of the way. These are great to place the kayak, but they are a bit cumbersome to maneuver the kayak into the correct position. Not putting it up so high would make this much easier, but I just happened to want mine up high. This tool works great and does what it says at a low price. Recommended.
