The part where the suction should go was sealed off. I poked a hole in it to open it up but it’s still not functional. I wouldn’t recommend as other reviews have stated similar issues. I got a 22mm flange. Not sure if it’s just this size that the batch doesn’t work or what. I am reaching out to support for help.Update: there is no chat/person support for assistance

fits the spectra - identical to the brand flanges. looks like the right size but there’s no emboss or stamp on the flange itself indicating the size so i guess i’ll just trust them?EDIT: the emboss is printed on the inside if you look down the barrel.

I don't find a size difference between these and the 28s that came with my spectra. I do like that the channel is larger and flared to reduce rubbing. These don't "lock" onto the spectra bottles though, the originals almost click into place. So more than once the bottle has loosened on these flanges and I've almost spilled.

I needed a cheaper alternative to the name brand and this works perfect for pumping with my spectra. Good material and not cheap.
