I got an 18mm after both myself and my lactation consultant measured.My flanges leak milk and make a popping noise.Not sure if it's because I'm busty (34DDD) or what but definitely wouldn't recommend this "universal" flange

Very comfortable, feels just like my baby. The right fitted flange is a game changer. I do not have “elastic breast tissue” so this worked great for me. If you do, I’ve heard pumpin pals may be the right product.

Girl, are you reading this review because none of your breast-feeding phalanges fit? Been there. let me tell you if you think you need this size nipple shield thing, you do. Once I switched to the size I started pumping like crazy in my milk increased because I actually had the right size so if you’re eating this pull the trigger and buy

Silicone keeps popping off the flange. This is very painful and gets stuck in my pumping bra which then caused it to detach from the containers and spilled my pumped milk.

Listen, if your nipples are smaller than average please invest in this. I got mine and it was the perfect size. I use the baby bottle cleaner to clean mine so it is easy to clean. When my baby gets full and I need to release more milk, I pop this puppy on my Modela pump and I was able to pump out way more with the correct flange size. No nipple bleeds, swelling.
