rims r ok have been welded and then welds ground down and can see where welds used to be no attempt to smooth out grinding marks.

Talk about styling. If your looking for a set of Lowrider wheels to finish off your custom cruiser build, as replacements for old tired wheels or as a simple upgrade than look no further. With 144 sparklin' spokes they cant be beat. These wheels will have the attention of everyone young and old and "female"!
